Why it's great: These pants have been so great to me. Traditionally, I buy my work out clothes at Old Navy, but last year I decided to train for a marathon and figured I could up my work out clothes budget. Man, am I glad I did. These pants are so comfortable. They stop any and all chaffing. and since they are capris, you can wear them in many climates. I ran with them in San Diego, San Francisco and now I wear them to the indoor gym regularly.

How it makes you more efficient:
1) Gross, but they don't need to be washed with every wear. They somehow don't smell or get sweaty.
2) They come in colors that match tons - and I know you worry about matching at the gym!
