And I have access to everything I need - ratings of wines, football scores, traffic - you name it, I have it.

Why it's great: These pants have been so great to me. Traditionally, I buy my work out clothes at Old Navy, but last year I decided to train for a marathon and figured I could up my work out clothes budget. Man, am I glad I did. These pants are so comfortable. They stop any and all chaffing. and since they are capris, you can wear them in many climates. I ran with them in San Diego, San Francisco and now I wear them to the indoor gym regularly.

How it makes you more efficient:
1) Gross, but they don't need to be washed with every wear. They somehow don't smell or get sweaty.
2) They come in colors that match tons - and I know you worry about matching at the gym!

DVR - the best thing since sliced bread

Why it's great: With the introduction of the best feature of all time (in my opinion), DVR allows you to make the most lazy activity (TV watching) into an efficient one. You're no longer tied to the networks schedule, you don't have to watch any portions of the show that don't interest you, you can go to the bathroom or answer the phone whenever you need to. And best of all, unlike TiVo, it doesn't tape unwanted shows, suggesting you waste more time!

1) You can fast forward through things you don't want to watch, like commercials - duh.
2) It allows you to squeeze in many more shows per evening.
3) You can pause and come back later when something better comes up - like getting a dessert out of the fridge.

Everyone's Dogs Get Fleas

Product Name: Hartz Advanced Flea & Tick Dog Spray

Why it's great: So our dogs have some fleas. Apparently its normal, but I am appalled. We took them to the vet, got pills, bathed them in shampoo. They kept itching. Then I sprayed them with this.
And they pretty much stopped. I mean they aren't cured, but things are much better.

1) You can potentially skip the time consuming and painful task of putting your dogs in the tub and scrubbing them down.
